History:
Spencer Muscular Therapy was established in October of 2001. Prior to opening the business in Dighton, MA, in 1995 Kathy founded Adamsville Therapeutic Massage in Westport, MA and flourished there until June of 2001. Previous experience includes Program Director for Adult Fitness and Strength Training for the YMCA with certification as a Fitness Specialist.

Kathy has a strong connection with Mother Earth and her animals. You are invited to stroll through her ever-changing gardens and meet with the flora, fauna and critters that are welcome inhabitants.

Credentials:
Trained in massage at Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge, MA, several continuing education units have built up over the years in related modalities such as OrthoBionomy, Rosen Method, medical massage, cadaver lab, and ethics to name a few.

Currently a member of the American Massage Council and having been a Professional Member of the American Massage Therapy Association from 1995 to 2004 and nationally certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork since 1995, I follow a specific code of ethics and work with the highest regard and integrity for my profession. Having attained the Master/Instructor level of Integrated Energy Therapy© in September 2003, I now teach programs in this field of energy healing.

Having completed course work, training and internship to become an internationally recognized Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner, Bach Flower Consultation and Personal Formulation is an exciting new part of my practice.
